Process
- Bring the Chromebook or charger, if applicable, to the student's school library media specialist, teacher, principal or assistant principal
- Provide the following items:
- Student's ID number (if known)
- Student's First and Last Name
- Best contact information to reach the parent / guardian
- Details surrounding the damage, loss or theft of the device
- A replacement device will be assigned to the student, pending inventory availability. Please note, this new device may not be the same model as the student’s originally assigned device but will allow students to access any necessary WCPS applications.
- You will receive an invoice for the Chromebook repair / replacement once the device damage has been assessed and repaired. If you have questions regarding the invoice, please contact your Student's school about any obligations charged to the student for incurred costs due to damage(s), lost or stolen.
