Attention Students and Families: Important Notice About WCPS Google Accounts

Are you graduating, transferring to another school system, or starting homeschooling? As students and families transition away from Washington County Public Schools, it’s important to know that student WCPS Google accounts will be deactivated once the student leaves the school system.

To keep any important documents, projects, or files, students must transfer them to a personal account before their departure.

Please note: Files from a WCPS Google account cannot be moved directly into a personal Google account. However, students can use a free tool called Google Takeout to download or transfer their files to a personal Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or Box account. See the steps below.
Deadlines to Transfer Files:
     -  Graduating Seniors: Transfer all files by Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
     -  Students Leaving WCPS: Transfer all files by your official departure date.

How to Transfer WCPS Student Google files using Google Takeout
